Creating a memorable taste experience for London’s street food scene.
We created a vibrant, textural and playful typographic visual identity to launch a new street food vendor.
ATE.
A Taste Experience.

Challenge.
We needed to develop a stand out logo and brand identity for a new street food vendor.
Established in 2013, ATE is a small boutique street food company based in London run by a couple. ATE was born out of a passion for food and meeting new people.
Their unique selling point is sliders, carefully crafted right before your eyes, using fresh & ethically sourced ingredients. ATE were particularly interested in vintage themes, handicraft, carnivals and festivals.
We developed a concept to celebrate the themes of the ATE menu. we created visual personas to present the menu in a unique and creative way. Graphics are printed and placed in painted frames to attract and entice punters visually.
We created a unique persona that helped ATE stand out amongst other street food sellers. The visual palette works together to build a quirky, fun and hands-on experience at street food sites.
We also created a flexible system ATE could use to promote its menu. We proposed placing their custom menu into painted wooden picture frames they could use to hang up around their vendor.
This was not only for practicality's sake but to add to their quirky bohemian look & feel. This enables flexibility to be used outdoors with the van or indoors in pubs or market stalls when they are not using the van.
A brand identity that is more than just a look & feel, but an experience in itself. We created a vibrant, textural and playful typography visual identity to embody their passion.
Street food vendors would often request ATE at venues, not only for the delicious sliders but for their fun and vibrant presence.
