Challenge.
We needed to create a logo and visual brand identity for a property-marketing campaign to reintroduce the development with the aim to generate viewings and changing perceptions.
Bracknell Exchange is a well located eight acre office campus consisting of three large buildings offering 277,586 sq ft of grade A space based in Bracknell.
A simple yet distinctive approach, we create a letter mark logo to represent the three distinct buildings situated on the development site represented with three distinct colours.
The ‘BE’ letter mark logo paradigm would also be used as a positive and outward-looking communication dynamic. This could be used for phrases such as ‘Be Connected’ ‘Be Together’ and ‘Be Inspired’ for example.
We developed the brand and generate all marketing creative included design across both print and digital for stationery, on-site wayfinding signage, brochure layout, street hoarding and marketing media collateral such as design for the website and print advertisements.
