RTS wanted to move on from a brand identity they felt was tired, outdated, and lacked the level of professionalism they wanted to present to appeal to and attract a new generation of students.
A timeless solution. We identified one of RTS's core values and run with it. RTS is very passionate about education and seeks to help build skills for better futures for its students. RTS may be a small business, but they strive to help people fulfill their big dreams and aspirations.
This led to a creative territory that would ultimately inspire the creative solution around the theme: Building Space. We developed their new identity based on this theme which also resulted in their new strapline ’Build your future today’.
We developed a new visual identity to help RTS move into the future and continue their endeavour to expand and attract new students. A brand identity to reflect their genuine passion to build up new students and invest in their futures!

With a distinct, dynamic and flexible visual system designed to be used both in print and digital for business collateral and promotional marketing campaigns, this new vibrant brand identity will significantly push the direction of the business.
RTS required creative solutions across many touchpoints across both print and digital.
For print, they would require company stationery, signage, promotional designs for posters and billboards
The overall theme would have a sense of building, construction and direction to inspire and motivate new students to get excited about their future and the prospect of studying with RTS.
This would manifest across a range of visual elements, from texture and motif to image treatments, with a distinct color palette all working together to create a distinct, dynamic and flexible visual system to be applied across the range of category and subject choices offered by RTS.
The style was designed with the target audience in mind, to be bright, practical, dynamic and eye-catching to appeal to young aspirational students and be flexible to work across a range of media and canvas sizes.
For marketing, we put students and potential job roles front and center to inspire and help prospective students imagine themselves in a role they would be proud of.
RTS was also keen to incorporate its new brand look and feel into its office to create a more immersive experience for students to remind them of the reasons why they are learning and what they can achieve.
Once the new brand identity was established, we then looked at how this would be applied to their existing website.
We worked with their exiting web development team to consult on all the changes that would need to be updated to incorporate a consistent brand experience across the web and digital.
"The results of what has been produced are going to significantly push the direction of our business. With our constant expansions into new areas, we needed a design that can evolve and last.
He decided in the beginning to choose a dedicated design path and it worked, leading to a more in-depth display of how the brand can be used. From a solid start, we decided to continue working with Gareth on our Prospectus. This current project has helped showcase our business with a vibrant new direction and an asset which we can now use digitally as well.
Gareth has delivered this with expertise and has managed to successfully create a bespoke brand that can be used throughout our whole company allowing the company to grow and market more areas.
